Things you need:
1 x pan
1 x 1/2 pot of Spice Burst – choose which flavour
1 x chopped onion
1 x Packet of Paneer – approx 200g
1 x Bag of Spinach – 400g – washed
1 cup or approx 200g fresh or frozen peas
1 cup of Water
Add your Spice Burst to a pan and heat gently for 2-3 minutes.
Add your onion and gently simmer for 2-3 minutes
Add your Paneer and Spinach, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Simmer until cooked – approx 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
I like to eat this either on it’s own or with some lovely naan.
