Paneer and Peas

Things you need:
1 x pan
1 x 1/2 pot of Spice Burst – choose which flavour
1 x chopped onion
1 x 1/2 can of chopped tomatoes or 3 fresh chopped tomatoes
1 x Packet of Paneer – approx 200g
1 cup or approx 200g fresh or frozen peas
1 cup of Water

Simply Mix
Add your Spice Burst to a pan and heat gently for 2-3 minutes.
Add your onion and tomatoes and gently simmer for 2-3 minutes to let all the ingredients mix together and infuse.
Add your Paneer, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Simply Cook
Add 1/2 cup of water, mix and simmer until cooked – approx 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally.

Simply Eat

I like to eat this with lovely tender rice.
200g uncooked rice
add double the amount of water and simmer on bubbling for 15-20 mins
check rice is cooked
drain the excess water, add a knob of butter, put the lid on and leave for 5 minutes with the heat off.
